For the record, I'd just like to say that Generation X is one of those generations of which much has been expected.

I agree. A lot has been expected of us. On some level, that's a good thing though, right? I mean when we're not busy working multiple jobs and raising families, and trying to get a little bit of sleep...
Thanks for your comment, Will. You make a good point that we are a generation with a huge amount of responsibility in our daily lives to begin with, and then on top of that, there is the larger/collective contribution we try to make to society in between all those responsibilities. I think it's ultimately a compliment that a lot is expected of us....
